Instructions
- Prepare the filling by combining ground meat, chopped vegetables, green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles, then place filling in the center and seal the edges.
- Boil dumplings in a pot of water for 5-7 minutes until they float.
- Fry the boiled dumplings in oil until golden brown and crispy.
