- Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by combining soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and honey in a bowl. Add chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Assemble the skewers by threading marinated chicken and vegetables onto soaked skewers.
- Grill the skewers over medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Serve with a fresh salad and garnish with herbs if desired.
