Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix softened butter, sugar, flour, and salt until crumbly. Press into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly golden.
- Whisk eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth. Pour over baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until the filling is set. Cool completely in the pan.
- Dust with powdered sugar. Cut into squares and serve garnished with tropical fruits.
