- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Pink, purple, and blue food coloring
- Buttercream frosting
- Edible glitter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line cupcake tins with paper liners.
- Mix cake mix, coconut milk, eggs, and oil according to package instructions.
- Divide batter into three bowls and add different food coloring to each.
- Spoon dollops of each colored batter into the cupcake liners for a marbled lava effect.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, let cool completely.
- Pipe buttercream frosting in swirling motions, alternating colors to resemble lava flows.
- Decorate with edible glitter and tropical fruit slices on top.

- For best results, chill the cupcakes before decorating.
- You can substitute coconut milk with regular milk if preferred.
