Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine nuts, dried fruits, and coconut flakes.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
- Allow to cool completely before adding chocolate chips and mixing.
- Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
