Instructions
- Blend watermelon cubes until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp (optional for smoother texture).
- Stir in lime juice and zest (if using).
- Fill glasses with ice, pour watermelon juice over, and top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with mint leaves and a small watermelon wedge. Serve immediately.
