- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by pounding it to an even thickness.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dip each chicken breast in flour, then egg, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and fry the breaded chicken until golden brown.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C), layer marinara sauce in a baking dish, place the fried chicken, top with more marinara and mozzarella cheese, and bake until bubbly.
