- 12 brioche rolls
- 12 slices of ham
- 12 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the brioche rolls in half and place in a baking dish. Brush the insides with melted butter.
- Layer the bottom halves with slices of ham and Swiss cheese.
- Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds in a bowl. Brush this mixture on the tops of the rolls.
- Close the sliders with the tops of the rolls, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
- For serving, pair with coleslaw or potato chips for added crunch.
- Feel free to customize with additional toppings like sautéed onions or different cheeses.
