Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
- Incorporate green and purple food coloring for a vibrant mix.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cupcakes in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Decorate with frosting and sprinkles to create Boo’s doorway effect.

- For longer storage, refrigerate and allow them to return to room temperature before serving.
