- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- While roasting, whisk together tahini, honey, and lemon juice to make the drizzle.
- Drizzle the sauce over the roasted cauliflower before serving and garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a vegan version, substitute honey with maple syrup.
