Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your bundt cake pan thoroughly.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine sugar with olive oil, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding gently to combine. Stir in chopped nuts if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While baking, warm honey slightly and mix in lemon zest to create the glaze.
- Cool the cake in the pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle with honey glaze before serving.
Notes
- For an extra Greek touch, sprinkle crushed cacao truffles on top before serving.
