- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 2 sliced pork loin
- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 1 cup chopped scallions
- 1 nori seaweed sheet
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat chicken broth and add soy sauce and sesame oil, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook ramen noodles separately according to package instructions.
- While noodles cook, pan-fry pork slices until golden and cooked through.
- Share noodles into bowls, pour hot broth over, and top with pork, halved soft-boiled eggs, scallions, and nori.
Notes
Use fresh ramen noodles for the best texture. You can add additional toppings like bamboo shoots or corn as desired.
