- 200g udon noodles
- 200g sliced chashu pork
- 1 cup spicy chili broth
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon chili oil
- Optional: sliced red chili peppers for garnish
Instructions
- Cook udon noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a pot, heat spicy chili broth until simmering.
- Divide cooked noodles into bowls and ladle hot broth over each.
- Top with sliced chashu pork, chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of chili oil.
- Garnish with red chili slices if desired and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili oil or peppers.
- For a vegetarian version, substitute pork with tofu or mushrooms.
