Instructions
- Activate yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar, let sit until frothy.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Add activated yeast mixture and melted butter, knead until smooth.
- Let dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled.
- Divide dough into small portions, flatten each, and fill with curry. Seal edges and shape into a spiral swirl to resemble Rasengan.
- Place buns on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with herbs and serve warm.

- Ensure curry is cooled before stuffing to prevent soggy dough.
- You can use store-bought curry for convenience.
