Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
- Sprinkle shredded cheeses evenly over the chips.
- Top with sliced jalapenos and diced tomatoes.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and edges are crispy.
- Remove from oven and garnish with green onions and cilantro.
- Serve warm with sour cream and optional toppings.
