- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 2 limes

Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: dice chicken, cube pineapple, slice peppers, and mince garlic.
- In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Cook the diced chicken until browned.
- Add sliced bell peppers, onions, and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in pineapple cubes and lime juice, letting it simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve the dish garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
