- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- Chili oil and soy sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Combine ground pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Fold and pleat the edges to seal tightly.
- Steam dumplings over boiling water for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve hot with chili oil and soy sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Ensure not to overfill dumplings to prevent tearing during steaming.
- For a crispy touch, pan-fry after steaming for 2-3 minutes per side.
