- 1/4 cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp green edible glitter (or edible luster dust)
- 1/8 tsp lemon zest (optional, for brightness)
Instructions
- Pop the kernels using the coconut oil or butter in a large pot or air popper.
- While still warm, drizzle with vanilla extract and sprinkle with sugar. Toss gently to coat.
- Add edible glitter and🍋 lemon zest (if using), and toss again until evenly distributed.
- Serve in decorative bowls or jars — best enjoyed fresh!

- Use only food-grade edible glitter for safety.
- For a non-dairy version, use coconut oil and vegan butter.
- Double the batch — it disappears fast!
