Instructions
- Wash and chop all the fruits into bite-sized pieces. Combine them in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the dark rum, orange juice, and lime juice over the fruits. If desired, drizzle with honey or agave nectar for additional sweetness.
- Gently toss the fruits to ensure they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
