- 1 lb beef strips
- 2 cups mixed tropical fruits (pineapple, mango, papaya)
- 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes
- 1 cup grilled corn

- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken and beef with herbs, spices, olive oil, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Grill meats until fully cooked and have a nice char.
- Roast sweet potatoes until tender at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
- Grill corn on the cob until slightly charred.
- Arrange grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and tropical fruits on a large serving platter.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and edible flowers for a colorful presentation.
