Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in cotton candy syrup and a few drops of pink food coloring.
- Spoon mixture into serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Just before serving, top with spun sugar, edible glitter, and edible stars.

- Ensure whipped cream is not overwhipped to keep it airy.
