- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butterbeer syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Caramel sauce for drizzling
- Edible gold flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream, butterbeer syrup, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Pour filling over crust and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
- Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle edible gold flakes before serving.
