Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, pressing into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.
- Divide batter into two bowls, tint one with green and the other with purple food coloring.
- Spoon dollops of each color onto the crust and use a skewer to swirl gently for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until set. Cool completely and sprinkle with edible glitter before serving.
