Instructions
- Gather all ingredients for the tart to ensure a smooth cooking process.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar, then add chilled butter until crumbly. Mix in egg yolk and ice water until a dough forms. Roll out and fit into a tart pan.
- Combine fresh berries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a bowl and toss gently. Pour into the tart crust.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until the crust is golden brown and berries are bubbling. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
