- 2 ripe strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 scoop premium vanilla ice cream
- 3 oz chilled champagne or sparkling wine (preferably brut)
- 1 mint leaf, for garnish
- optional: 1 tsp raspberry coulis or powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Place strawberries in the bottom of a chilled champagne flute or small glass.
- Scoop vanilla ice cream gently on top of the strawberries.
- Slowly pour chilled champagne over the ice cream — watch the bubbles rise!
- Garnish with a mint leaf and optional raspberry coulis drizzle or powdered sugar.
- Serve immediately with a long spoon and straw for full immersive enjoyment.
Notes
- For best texture, use very cold champagne and serve immediately after assembly.
- To make it non-alcoholic, substitute with chilled sparkling grape juice or ginger ale.
- For extra decadence, add a drizzle of caramel or chocolate syrup at the base.
