- 1 pound cooked pulled beef
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut puff pastry sheet into 4 squares.
- Mix pulled beef with Worcestershire, garlic, and onion powders.
- Place a spoonful of beef in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold corners over to form a pouch and seal edges with beaten egg.
- Brush puffs with egg wash and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce like aioli or mustard.
