- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup fresh lettuce (shredded)
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Season the Beef Patty: Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and gently shape them into patties. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
- Cook the Patty to Perfection: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter. Once melted, place the patties in the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness. Add a slice of American cheese during the last minute to let it melt.
- Toast the Brioche Buns: While the patties cook, lightly toast the brioche buns in the same skillet or a toaster until golden brown.
- Assemble the Royale Burger: Spread the special sauce (a mix of mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire, and hot sauce) on the bottom bun. Layer lettuce, tomato, the cheesy patty, and the top bun. Press gently and serve immediately with fries.
