Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with oregano, salt, and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- While chicken cooks, prepare vegetables and set aside.
- Assemble bowls by placing cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, olives, and feta cheese in a bowl.
- Top with a generous spoonful of tzatziki sauce and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

- For a vegan version, substitute chicken with grilled portobello mushrooms.
