Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, sugar, red pepper flakes, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve beef over rice, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, top with soft boiled eggs if desired.

- You can add sliced vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for extra crunch.
