- 8 oz Asian noodles or spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ground beef; cook until browned, breaking apart with a spatula.
- Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce; cook for 2 minutes.
- Add vegetables and cook until tender but crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
- Combine cooked noodles with the beef mixture and toss to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

- Feel free to add broccoli or snap peas for extra crunch.
