Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Toss in asparagus and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in lemon zest and juice, season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- Feel free to add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Serve with crusty bread or over rice for a more filling meal.
