- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, alternating with milk, until batter is smooth.
- Divide batter into bowls, tint with gold food coloring, then fill cupcake liners.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool thoroughly.
- Frost with golden frosting, styled to resemble flowing hair, and decorate with edible glitter.
Notes
- Use a piping bag with a star tip to create flowing hair effects.
- For extra sparkle, add edible shimmer dust to the frosting.
