Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the base of a springform pan, bake at 170°C for 10 minutes.
  2. Cream together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, vanilla, and butterscotch syrup.
  3. Pour filling over crust, bake at 160°C for 50-60 minutes until set. Cool completely.
