Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until incorporated.
- Stir in butterscotch chips.
- Drop spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and butterscotch syrup to make glaze, drizzle over cooled cookies.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top before baking.
