- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, butterbeer essence, and vanilla.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
- Dust the top with silver sugar dust for a shimmering, magical effect. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
