Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix in sour cream and butterscotch syrup.
- Divide batter into two portions. Mix blue velvet cake batter into one portion.
- Drop spoonfuls of both batters into the crust, swirling with a toothpick to create a starry night effect. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
- Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Decorate with edible glitter before serving.
