- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon butterbeer flavoring
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line cupcake tin with paper liners.
- Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Add softened butter and beat until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in butterscotch sauce, buttermilk, vanilla, and butterbeer flavoring until smooth.
- Divide batter evenly among liners and bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool completely.
- Frost with blue butterbeer frosting and drizzle with bronze glaze. Decorate with edible glitter if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute alcohol-free butterscotch syrup for a non-alcoholic version.
