- 1 cup fresh blood orange juice
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 tbsp simple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Blood orange slices & mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with blood orange juice, lime juice, rum, simple syrup, mint leaves, and ice.
- Shake vigorously until well chilled and mint is slightly muddled.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a blood orange slice and a sprig of mint.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute rum with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda.
