- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Szechuan peppercorns
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ginger minced
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Chopped scallions and red chili flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix soy sauce, chili paste, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and crushed Szechuan peppercorns in a bowl.
- Toss chicken wings in the sauce until well coated.
- Arrange wings on the baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy and cooked through, flipping halfway.
- Garnish with scallions and red chili flakes before serving.

- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili paste.
