Instructions
- Gather your ingredients for the Spicy Sausage rolls.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until soft. Crumble plant-based sausage into the mix, add spices, and cook until fragrant.
- Roll out pastry dough on a floured surface, cutting into squares or circles.
- Place filling on each dough piece, fold and pinch to seal. Arrange on a baking tray and bake per package instructions (20-25 minutes) until golden brown.
