  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Beef Broth

Instructions

  1. Pat the beef roast dry with paper towels. Mix garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Rub the mixture all over the roast.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the roast on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Preheat your oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C). Place the seared roast back into the skillet with beef broth. Cover and roast for approximately 20-25 minutes per pound for medium-rare.
  4. Remove from oven and let the roast rest for at least 15-20 minutes before slicing against the grain.
