Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in milk, lemon zest, vanilla, and crushed Earl Grey tea leaves.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour batter into liners and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely and dust with powdered sugar. Decorate with Sherlock-themed toppers if desired.
