Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla and citrus zests.
- Fold in flour gradually, then stir in milk until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
