Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, powdered sugar, and softened butter until crumbly. Add vanilla extract and milk, knead into a smooth dough.
- Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into rounds. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool.
- Prepare icing by mixing powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Spread over cooled cakes and decorate with edible gold flakes and toppings.
