Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground Earl Grey tea.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- Prepare lavender glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and a few drops of lavender extract until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cakes and garnish with edible flowers and lavender sprigs. Serve and enjoy!

- Use finely ground Earl Grey tea leaves for a subtle flavor infusion.
