  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, and set aside.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, then alternate adding flour mixture and milk until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into muffin tins or cake molds. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
  6. Prepare frosting by creaming butter, then gradually beating in powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
