- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Smoked tobacco leaves or tobacco-flavored extract (optional, for infusion)
- Cocoa powder for coating
Instructions
- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until just simmering.
- Pour over chopped dark chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
- Stir until smooth and glossy, then add butter, vanilla, and smoked paprika, mixing well.
- Infuse with tobacco leaves or add tobacco extract if desired, then strain out solids.
- Chill mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours until firm.
- Scoop and roll into small balls, then coat with cocoa powder.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge until serving.
Notes
- For a stronger smoky flavor, increase the infusion time or add more smoked paprika.
- You can substitute cocoa powder with crushed graham crackers for a textured coating.
