- 1 teaspoon oregano

Instructions
- Finely chop the onion, mince the garlic, and dice the red bell peppers and fiery chili peppers in advance for a smooth cooking process.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant and translucent.
- Add diced red bell peppers and fiery chili peppers, cooking for about 5 minutes to develop flavors.
- Stir in ground beef or plant-based alternative, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add tomato paste, smoked paprika, cumin, and oregano; stir to coat the meat and vegetables thoroughly.
- Pour in diced tomatoes and add kidney beans. Mix well and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust chili peppers for heat preference.
