Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip chilled heavy cream with sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in Β½ cup crushed Oreos for extra texture.
- In a separate bowl, stir melted dark chocolate into the remaining Β½ cup crushed Oreos to create βswamp mudβ.
- Assemble parfait in clear glasses or mason jars: layer 2 tbsp mud, then 3 tbsp chocolate mousse, repeat, finishing with a swirl of mousse on top.
- Use a pastry brush to lightly dab edible green mist or pipe matcha-tinted whipped cream along the inside rim for mossy effect.
- Drizzle with extra melted dark chocolate and garnish with candied violets.
- Chill 30 minutes before serving.
