Instructions
- Prepare the onions by slicing them into thick rings, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Coat the onion rings by dipping them in a mixture of flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the onion rings in hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Assemble the onion rings in a tower on a serving platter and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes to restore crispiness.
